4. Payments & Refunds

• Payment Schedule: Fees, advance payments, and installment plans (if any) will be stated in the proposal or invoice. Work may be paused in the case of delayed payments.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Payments made toward completed stages, booking advances, or design time already spent are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Taxes & Charges: All applicable taxes, payment gateway fees, or bank charges are to be borne by the client unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

• Final Deliverables: Upon full and final payment, you receive the rights to use the final approved designs and deliverables for the agreed purposes.
• Working Files & Concepts: Drafts, raw files, source files, and unused concepts remain the intellectual property of circle property unless explicitly purchased or transferred in writing.
• Client Content: You confirm that all content, logos, images, or materials you provide for use in the project are owned by you or properly licensed.
• Portfolio Display: Unless otherwise agreed, circle property may showcase completed work, screenshots, or mockups in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information, strategies, and project details. Any sensitive information shared with us will be handled with care and used only for the purpose of executing the project.

We may use non-sensitive project details, such as final visuals or general descriptions, for case studies and portfolio content, unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver high-quality, professional work, circle property will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.
• Issues arising from third-party tools, plugins, hosting, or platforms integrated into your project.
• Losses due to delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as technical failures, emergencies, or client-side delays.

8. Third-Party Services

Our work may involve integrations with third-party services (such as fonts, stock images, plugins, analytics, or hosting). We are not responsible for the reliability, pricing changes, or terms and conditions of any third-party provider.

You are responsible for maintaining any licenses or subscriptions required for such tools, unless explicitly covered in our agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or engagement if the other party violates these terms or fails to meet agreed obligations.

• By Client: If you choose to cancel a project mid-way, completed work and time spent will be billed, and any advance may be adjusted accordingly.
• By circle property: We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services in case of non-payment, misuse, or breach of terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
